Overview

A dry-type transformer is a power transformer that does not contain a liquid cooling medium (such as insulating oil) and relies on air or solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin) for heat dissipation and insulation. Its rated voltage usually covers 10kV and below, widely used in places with high requirements for safety, environmental protection and fire prevention, and is the core equipment to achieve efficient conversion and distribution of electric energy in the power system.
