Distribution box
The XM-type lighting distribution box is a product developed by our company based on the technology of the XG (Z1) series of three-box products. It adheres to the GB72513-997idIEC439-3:1990 standard, incorporating the strengths of many similar domestic products and leveraging our company’s extensive design experience. This is an upgraded and modernized product series. The sample box passed the type test at the designated CaC test station on November 20,2003, and received the’ cCc ‘certification from the’ CaC’ on November 17,2004.
This series of products are mainly used for lighting, mobile electrical equipment and electric energy metering in various civil buildings, high-rise buildings, enterprises, shops, post and telecommunications schools and other places. As a line overload, short circuit, leakage protection and electric energy conversion and distribution control, overvoltage protection and undervoltage protection functions can be added according to customer needs.

- Structure and protection
- The shell is made of metal or high strength plastic, impact resistant, corrosion resistant, some with high protection level of water and dustproof.
- The internal layout is compact, the modular design can flexibly increase or decrease the circuit.

- It has overload, short circuit and leakage protection functions, and the metal shell is grounded to prevent electric shock.
- The insulating parts are flame retardant and the fire resistance grade of the shell meets the safety standards.

- Installation location
- Dry, ventilated and free from violent vibration, the height above the ground is more than 1.5m (subject to local specifications).
- Wiring steps
- Disconnect the power supply from the upper level and operate after confirming that there is no power.
- According to the circuit diagram, the incoming line (power line) is connected to the main switch, and the outgoing line (load line) is connected to the branch circuit breaker.
- Ensure that the grounding wire (yellow and green) is securely connected to the grounding bar.

- Regular maintenance
- Check the wiring once a month to see if it is loose and remove dust from the box.
- Test the function of the leakage protector (it should trip automatically when pressing the “TEST” button).
- Common faults
- Trip: Check whether there is overload, short circuit or leakage, and reset the circuit breaker after troubleshooting.
- Box heating: immediately cut off the power, check the line load or contact failure.
8、matters need attention
- Do not use the line under overload, and do not modify the line privately.
- It is recommended to disconnect unnecessary circuits during thunderstorms.
- If any abnormality (such as burnt smell or spark) is found, immediately cut off the power and contact the electrician.

XM型照明配电箱是我公司在引进XG(Z1) 型三箱系列产品技术的基础上,按GB72513-997idIEC439-3:1990标准,吸取了国内许多同类产品的优点,结合本公司多年的设计经验,自主开发设计。升级换代的一个产品系列,该型样品箱于2003年11月20日通过了“CaC ”指定试验站的型式试验:于2004年11月17日获得“CaC” 颁发的该型号产品“cCc” 认证证书。
本系列产品,主要用于各种民建住宅、高层建筑、企业、商店、邮电学校等场所的照明3配己电,移动用电设备及电能计量,作为线路过载,短路,漏电保护及电能转换分配控制,根据顾客需要可以增设过压保护、欠压保护功能。

- 断开上级电源,确认无电后操作。
- 按电路图将进线(电源线)接入总开关,出线(负载线)接入分路断路器。
- 确保接地线(黄绿色)牢固连接至接地排。
